We thank you for going through the registration process even if you are attending the Program for one day or one Satsang only.

This form should be completed taking into consideration the families or group of persons who wish to share accommodations per room (1, 2, 3 or 4 persons). If your family group happens to be larger than 4 persons (maximum accepted per room), please fill as many forms as you require.

NOTICE: We will contact those seeking Initiation some days before the program to give them additional information regarding the Initiation. Please be there starting from the 19th of February ready to participate in an interview. The Initiation and personal interview schedules with the Master will be announced upon His arrival. These instructions apply also to children seeking Initiation.

ACCOMODATION

The Price will be 25 € per person per night. Children under 2 years don’t pay surplus if accommodated in the same room and bed as one of the parents. Children between 3 and 13 years will pay 10 € per night.

The number of individual rooms available is limited and its Price is 50 € per night, these will be assigned strictly in the basis of first come, first served. If you wish to stay in an individual room, you should specify it on the registration form. Once we have assigned all the individual accommodations, we will contact those who asked for it but could not have it, to coordinate the accommodation on a sharing basis.

Payment for the room should be done in CASH (Euros). No credit cards or other currencies will be accepted.

Check-in (registration of the documents and payment of your stay) will not be done by the hotels but by the sevadars of the program who will be welcoming you at the hotel and helping you with all procedures.

IMPORTANT: Please book only those rooms which you are quite certain to be using. This will help the good relations with the hotel. All booked and not used rooms will be charged.
