Beloveds of the Master:

The Spanish Sangat welcomes you to the Meditation, Satsang and Darshan Program to be held in Seville, by Master Sant Sadhu Ram Ji thanks to His infinite mercy.

The Program’s information as follows:

February 19 The dear ones arrive to the Hotel where the Program will be held.
February 20 Master Sadhu Ram Ji will arrive at noon. In the afternoon there will be a Meditation and Satsang Program.
February 21 Program throughout the entire day.
February 22 Morning Satsang and Meditation. Afterwards farewell Darshan.

 

 





Following you will find some important issues for the dear ones planning to attend the Program. At the end of this information you may find the registration form. Please complete it even if you are attending just one Satsang or one day.

Date limit for registration is February 5th.

We thank you for expediting the registration process as all the arrangements for transportation, Meditation Hall and Langar facilities depend on the confirmed number of participants.

1. VENUE, ACCOMMODATIONS AND HOW TO REACH THERE

The Program will be held at ALCORA Hotel, 2 Km. from Seville, on the road between San Juan and Tomares, Km. 1, San Juan de Aznalfarache, Seville.

Rooms should only be reserved through this link and through the registration form. WE KINDLY REQUEST YOU NOT TO CONTACT the Hotel directly.

The entire Program will be held in the hotel mentioned above. Both, Master Sadhu Ram Ji, as well as the dear ones will be lodged in that Hotel.

Lodging
The Price will be €25 Euros per person per night. Children under 2 could be accommodated in the room in the same bed with one of the parents at no additional cost. Children between 3 and 13 will pay 10 € per night.

The Hotel offers double, triple and quadruple bedrooms.

The number of individual rooms available is limited and its Price is €50 per night, these will be assigned strictly in the basis of first come, first served. If you wish to stay in an individual room, you should specify it on the registration form. Once we have assigned all the individual accommodations, we will contact those who asked for it but could not have it, to coordinate the accommodation on a sharing basis.

Payment for the room should be done in CASH /euros), No credit cards or checks accepted.

Any special need request (as any mobility disability, etc.) should be specified clearly in the form. We will try to provide for the well being of all the dear ones.

Check-in (document registering and payment for the accommodation) would not be done by the hotel. We will have special sevadars for this purpose who will welcome you and help you with your requirements.

IMPORTANT: for the sake of amiable hotel relations, make sure you will reserve only the rooms you will be occupying. Rooms reserved will be charged whereas occupied or not.

2. ARRIVALS, DEPARTURES AND TRASPORTATION

All the dear ones should arrive on the 19th of February and depart on the 22nd in the afternoon (after 14:00). The langar services will start on the 19th at lunch and will finish on the 22nd after lunch.

Seville can be reached by plane, train and car and we will provide the following services:

If arriving by plane
Seville’s airport is near the hotel (18 Km.). The program will organize a bus shuttle service from the airport to the Hotel and vice versa (see chart above). The meeting point in Seville’s airport will be the cafeteria located at the arrival’s area, please wait in this area for the sevadar who will take you to the hotel.

If arriving by train
The dear ones arriving by train to Santa Justa Station. The program will organize a bus shuttle service from the station to the Hotel and vice versa (see chart above). Dear ones should wait for the sevadars in the sitting area located in front of the shop MUSGO inside the Station. Please bring a Bhajan book or something that will help in identifying you.

If arriving by car
The address is km 1 in the road from San Juan to Tomares, San Juan de Aznalfarache, Seville. The easiest route is: Once you are on SE-30 (the peripheral road) to take the exit towards Coria del Río, and then 200 m further, take the exit to Tomares and then turn right and follow signs to Hotel Alcora.

3. SEVA

To do seva is Master’s blessing and allows us to serve our brothers and sisters as well as our Master in a selfless way.

Those of you interested in doing seva, please contact: sevillaprogram2010@hotmail.com in order to Schedule your seva before and after the Program.

Those dear ones who are not able to register through this web page could do so upon arrival to the program, at the information booth, where the remaining available sevas will be assigned.

4. INITIATIONS

Those Souls in whose within the desire to follow the path of Sant Mat has awakened will have the possibility of receiving Initiation during this Program.

It is important to mention in the registration form your desire to receive the Initiation, so that we may contact you before the program to talk in a deeper way about the meaning and purpose of the Holy Initiation.

Those dear ones wishing to be initiated should arrive on the 19th of February, since the initiation interviews will take place on that day. The Initiation and Interviews’ schedule with the Master will be announced upon His arrival. Please make sure you do not miss such announcements.

5. LANGAR

Langar will start on the 19th of February at lunch time and will finish after lunch on the 22nd of February.

As advised by the Masters, and following the purpose of this meeting, the food served will be strictly vegetarian, simple and light.

None of the dishes served will have dairy products.

At breakfast and tea time there will be the possibility to choose between products containing lactose or not.

Special Diets: Those dear ones with food intolerance or allergies should include this fact in the registration form. With Master’s Grace we will do our best to provide for all the needs of the dear ones.

PARSHAD

Parshad is the food blessed by the Master and it is imbued with His power. All the food that wil be distributed during the program, in the langar is parshad and should therefore not be wasted. Make sure to request only the amounts that you are sure to eat.


6. CHILDREN

During the program there will be Darshan sessions for children. Children and youngsters between 0 and 18 are invited to attend. Children younger than 6 years of age should attend with one of the parents. The rest of the children should attend on their own. After the Darshan the children will be taken to the main Meditation Hall where the parents should be waiting for them.

Parents should take care of their children during Satsang and Meditation as well as those moments when there is not children care.

We advice parents with small children to please sit at the back of the Meditation Hall, near the entrance to be at hand to easily leave the hall if required should the child cry or get tired.

Activities Area: there will be a special area dedicated to the children, where they can play, draw, learn to sing bhajans and be with other children. There will also be outdoor activities.

Available Material
: games, books and handcrafting and painting material will be available.


CHILDREN

Children should not be unattended. They should always be under adult supervision. The children’s well being during the program is solely and exclusively responsibility of their parents. We welcome the parents to contact the children sevadars UPON ARRIVAL TO THE PROGRAM to organize teams for child care rotations, in the children’s area, unless planning to attend to their own children entirely. We want the adults to attend as much as they can the Program sessions and the children to have a wonderful memory of this experience. We should remember the sevadars are there to help during the planned Schedule but are not responsible for the children the rest of the time.


7. ITEMS TO BRING WITH YOU

During the month of February the average temperature in Seville is between 3 C (37, 4 F) late night and 15 C (59 F) during the day.

The Meditation Hall will have a thin carpet. It is important to bring everything you may need to meditate (cushion, blanket, etc), as well as Bhajan book, ear plugs, refillable water bottle, etc.

Bedding and towels will be provided by the Hotel.

8. GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

The beloved initiates are already familiar with the teachings of Sant Mat; and will come here with the only purpose of meditating, doing Simran and receiving Master’s Darshan for their soul’s benefit. We request the dear initiates to invite only those relatives or friends who have a real desire to learn about spirituality and who are willing to follow and respect the introspective atmosphere.

Out of respect and consideration for the dear ones attending the program and with the purpose of protecting the atmosphere of harmony so conducive to meditation, we advice the following:

* As per Master’s instructions and wishes; during this program we will honor the typical Indian style of seating in a separate fashion in the Meditation Hall: men on one side, and women on the other.

* Let us avoid public manifestations of affection as hugs and kisses.

* Out of courtesy for the participants, we request those attending, to dress in an appropriate manner, avoiding tight clothing, miniskirts, shorts, sleeveless shirts or shirts or dresses which show cleavage.

* Silence is of outmost importance during the program. Let us all have a silent attitude and respect everyone’s desire to maintain quietness. Let us reduce to a minimum the talking in public areas.

* If you use portable chairs or other type of structures for meditation which may block the view of those seating behind you, please sit at the back of the hall.

* For obvious reasons, considering the purpose of this gathering, please refrain from bringing pets.

* Remember not to use flash when taking pictures of Master.

MASTER’S ARRIVAL TO THE AIRPORT

Sant Sadhu Ram Ji has requested participants in all countries to wait for Master’s arrival to the program's facilities instead og going to the airport for His arrival as well as His departure. He mentioned that according to the instructions of His Master, Sant Ajaib Singh Ji, dear ones should patiently wait at the place where the program is been held, where, upon arrival, He will be glad to meet everyone with all His love. Cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.


*Notice: all the dear ones interested in spirituality are welcomed. Nevertheless we should be ready to take care of those people we have invited to come and attend the program, relatives, friends, by explaining to them how to sit in the Meditation Hall, convey to them the dress code to follow as well as the importance to eat all the food we serve on our dishes because it has been blessed by the Master. It is very important that our guests know before coming that during the program the food will be strictly vegetarian and request them not to bring any non vegetarian food or alcohol and not to smoke in the program facilities or neighboring external areas.

9. REGISTRATION FORM

Final date for registration: February 5th.

Once the registration forms have been properly filled and sent, you will receive a written confirmation. If after one day you have not received such confirmation, kindly send us an e-mail to sevillaprogram2010@hotmail.com.
